Hip-hop mogul SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS has apologized for failing to turn up to his scheduled performance at the Philadelphia Live 8 concert - because he was reportedly too busy shopping. The rapper was set to join DESTINY'S CHILD, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND, ALICIA KEYS, STEVIE WONDER and the BLACK EYED PEAS at the star-studded event outside the Pennsylvania city's Museum of Art, but was a no-show. - DOSE
